Speaker: Frank Miller, Aviation Director of the San Antonio International Airport. Frank was unable to join us that day and in his stead were two representatives from the Airport; Barbara Prossen and Rich. A presentation was given to the attendees of the luncheon with an overview discussing the expansion of the airport and it's terminals. The Airport Expansion: $138 for current construction projects, Terminal B, Bi-Leval Roadway, Roadway Wayfinding, Central Utility Plant, Consolidated Baggage Handling/Screening and Financing Plan. Terminal B construction began June 2008. It's 60% complete. First flights are scheduled for Nov. 2010. Food outlets will consist of Rosario's Mexican Cafe Y Cantina, R Sala Bebida Botana Bar/Starbuck's Coffe, Big'z Burger Joint, Sip Coffee & Expresso Bar, Sbarro's Italian Restaurant and Charley's Grilled Subs. Terminal B retail shops will consist of Stars of San Antonio, San Antonio Express News, Texas Monthly News, Two Vacation Specialty Retail and San Antonio Express News & Cafe (in Bag Claim).

Speaker: Scott White, Executive Director San Antonio Convention & Visitors Bureau. Scott presented to the group the San Antonio CVB's Business Plan for 2010. He began with a history of the industry and how it has changed and morphed into the industry that it is today.
